摘　　要：通过多年的探索与实践 ,赣南医学院建立了以学生评价为主体 ,多层次评价相结合 ,综合分析评判的评价模式 ;构建了适应素质教育的评价指标体系 ;形成了多渠道的信息反馈和有效的激励机制 ,使课堂教学质量评价逐步走上了科学化、规范化的轨道 ,有力地促进了教学质量的提高。Through a long study and practice, an evaluation model has been developed,which needs the opinions mainly from the students,taking the evaluations of various levels and general analysis into consideration. The criteria of evaluation to meet the quality education,the feedback from various channels and the effctive excitation mechanism have been formed,constantly making the evaluation more scientific and standardized,which strengthens the improvement of teaching quality.
