英汉语言的差异与互译中的信息流失

摘　　要：理想的翻译是将原语信息完全传递到译文中去,使译文读者获得与原文读者相同的感受.然而,翻译实践证明这是难以实现的理想.本文试图以英汉语为例,从语音、词汇、语法等方面的差异来分析互译中信息流失的原因及具体表现.Translating means conveying message in interlingual communication. In theory, a translation should convey all the meaning of the source language message. In practice, however, it remains an ideal goal, which can hardly be approached. In other words, the loss of message in translating is inevitable. This paper tries to analyze one of the main reasons for the loss - the difference between the source and the target languages.
