摘　　要：大学是实施终身教育体系的主导力量。随着科技革命和知识经济的发展 ,终身教育思想已被世界各国广泛关注。本文探讨了终身教育体系的作用和价值 ,分析了我国建构终身教育体系的基本情况和存在的问题。在此基础上提出了相应对策。Colleges and universities are the main forces in the system of carrying out life-long education. With the development of technology innovation and knowledge economy. World wide attention has been paid to the thought of life-long education. As far as the life-long education is concerned, the paper discusses the function and value of the system, analyses the fundamental conditions and problems existing in it and on its base puts forward some related countermeasures.
