摘　　要：本文研究一类时滞细胞神经网络模型。并用非负矩阵性质的不等式技巧 。In this paper,we study a kind of delay cellular neural n etworks models.By the quality of nonnegative matrices and the technology of dif ferentia in equality,we give the sufficient conditions of global asymp totical stability for equilibrium point. \;
