摘　　要：利用 Dirichlet L-函数的均值定理以及 Dedekind和的性质研究了一个类似于 Dedekind和的 1 /3次均值问题 ,并给出了一个较精确的渐近公式。The main purpose of this paper is to use the mean theorem of Ditichlet L-functions to study the asymptotic property of the sums analogous Dedekind sums and give a sharper power mean formula.
