摘　　要：加入WTO以后 ,中国的基础教育面临着巨大的挑战和机遇。抓住机遇 ,迎接挑战 ,就必须推进基础教育的全面改革 。After joining WTO, China is confronted with great challenges and super opportunities in elementary education. In order to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges, it is necessary to carry forward an overall elementary education reform. What counts is to build up completely new education evaluation system and curriculum criteria.
