摘　　要：随着学校规模的扩大 ,青年教师培养工作迫在眉睫 .通过分析青年教师现状 ,提出在当前应采取哪些措施 。With the expansion of our university, the work to educate young teachers becomes very urgent. The paper analyses the present status of our young teachers and points out what measures we must take in order to promote the rapid growth of young teachers.
