摘 要:本文分析客户档案的内容、挖掘方式、挖掘的作用 ,提出客户档案动态集成的处理方案 ,应用实践表明这些思想和方法是行之有效的。How to obtain customer's characteristics and individual demands is one of the essential problems of enterprise management.In this paper,a systematical method of using dadaming technique to gain customer demands is studied.Firstly,the way about applying dataming techniques to mine the knowledge in customer profile is analyzed.Secondly the content of customer profile is discussed.Thirdly,the affect of customer profile mining to enhance enterprise competitive force is sutdied carefully.Finally,a dynamic processing methodology to create customer profile is put out.Our elemental practice shows that the above idea and the method are effective.
