摘　　要：本文从学习者认知结构建构的观点出发,按认知建构的序:认知结构的形成、发展与完善,把中学数学公式、定理的教与学分为五个阶段,并论述了公式、定理教与学的全过程。The essay is from the vie of learner抯 cognitive construction. The sequence of cognitive construction is: beginning, developing, and perfecting. The author divides the teaching of mathematical formula and theorem into five steps, and discuss the process of teaching and learning.
