从教学设计入手看农村中小学英语教师专业知识与能力的发展——以西南大学网络“国培”为例

摘　　要：教学设计作为一种教学准备活动,一直以来都备受教育界瞩目。基于2011年最新颁布的全日制义务教育英语课程标准,对2013年贵州省遵义、贵安新区"国培"计划教师的教学培训的中小学英语教师中抽取部分教师的教学设计分析发现,教师提交的教学设计中存在教学目标设定不明确、教学活动设计过于注重形式、英语语言使用不规范等问题。针对这些问题结合教学设计的相关理论要求提出建议以期为农村中小学教师专业知识和能力发展做出一定的贡献。By analyzing the teaching design in the Chinese culture training based on the newest fulltime English Curriculum in2011,we found three problems of vague objectives, ineffective activities and misuse of English. Suggestions are given in the view of teacher＇s professional development with the concept of course design in order to promote English education in rural middle schools.
