摘　　要：为了培养出适合软件行业岗位需求的技术技能型人才，高职院校必须加强软件技术专业的核心技能课程的改革，建设具有职业教育特色的课程，为学生提供优质的学习资源。本文结合精品课程《数据库原理与SQLSERVER》的建设实践。从教学团队、教学内容组织、教学方法与手段、教学队伍、教材建设、实训基地建设、课程评价体系等方面进行了研究，提出了加强高职院校精品课程建设的一些措施和方法。In order to cultivate technical talents suitable for the requirements of the software industry, higher voca- tional colleges must strengthen the reform of software technology professional core skill curriculum, construct cour- ses with of vocational education characteristics, provides high quality resources for students. Combined with the constructing practice of Fine Course ＂Database Principle and SQL SERVER＂, this paper studied from the teaching team, teaching content, teaching method and means, teaching staff, teaching material construction, construction of training bases, the curriculum evaluation system, and puts forward some measures and methods of quality course construction in higher vocational colleges.
