摘  要:富士苹果采后进行1500μl/L二苯胺(DPA)、1μl/L 1-甲基环丙稀(1-MCP)以及1500μl/L二苯胺+1μl/L 1-甲基环丙稀(1-MCP)三种处理并贮藏于气调库中,测定贮藏的后期及货架期(在室温贮藏10天后)的部分生理指标。实验结果表明,三种不同的处理均可通过有效抑制果实的呼吸速率和乙烯的产生,抑制果实品质的下降,延长了富士苹果的贮藏寿命,1-MCP+DPA处理效果尤为明显。同时,三种处理均抑制LOX活性,但随着时间的延长,1-MCP+DPA处理的抑制效果最佳,可见,货架期间1-MCP+DPA处理保鲜效果更明显。Postharvest ‘Fuji' apples treated with 1500 μl/L of DPA and 1 μl/L 1-MCP+1500 μl/L DPA were stored in controlled atmosphere(CA) storage.Some indexes of post-harvest physiology were researched during storage and the subsequent shelf time(stored in room temperature 10 days). The test results mainly indicated: 1500 μl/L of DPA, 1μl/L of 1-MCP and 1μl/L of 1-MCP+1500 μl/L of DPA could significantly benefit the retention of ‘Fuji' apples quality and the extension of storage life during the CA storage conditions through inhibiting respiration rates and C2H4 production.The effect of 1-MCP+ DPA was more remarkable.At the same time, three kinds of treatment could inhibit LOX activity. While LOX activity of apples treated with 1 μl/L 1-MCP+1500 μl/L DPA was more remarkable with the increasing by the time.It indicated that the freshness preservation effect of 1-MCP + DPA was more remarkable during the subsequent shelf life.
