摘　　要：高职教育需要大力推行工学结合,突出实践能力的培养,改革人才培养模式。阐述"校中店"新型培养人才模式的背景和内涵,分析镇江高等专科学校眼视光技术专业"校中店"人才培养模式的可行性因素和多重绩效,并对可能遇到的障碍提出相应的对策。Higher vocational education should vigorously combine study and work,emphasize the training of practical ability,and reform talent cultivation mode. This thesis analyzes the background and connotation of new talent cultivation mode,elaborates the feasibility,factors of the talent cultivation mode and multiple performance of opening campus-stores by optometry technology majors and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of ＂campus store＂talent cultivation mode against potential obstacles.
