浅谈图书馆员知识共享环境的构建

摘　　要：图书馆员通过知识共享,可以提高个人工作绩效,图书馆的服务质量也可得到整体提升。阐述了馆员的知识共享及其作用,分析了影响馆员知识共享的因素,提出了创造馆员知识共享环境的有效对策。The knowledge sharing can improve not only librarians＇ personal performance but also library＇s whole service quality. This paper expounds the knowledge sharing of librarians and its functions, analyzes the factors influencing the knowledge sharing of librarians, and puts forward some effective strategies for creating the environment for librarian＇ s knowledge sharing.
