摘　　要：为了解并推进市民非正式学习中的新媒体使用,本课题组遴选宁波七塔社区为对象进行抽样调查,获得具有一定代表性的宁波市民非正式学习中新媒体接触情况的有关结论:新媒体使用在市民非正式学习已然起步,但因非正式学习的自发性、随意性、碎片性特点,市民在新媒体的自适选择、接触使用、渠道优化、内容组织、资源整合等层面还存在一些困惑和问题,这也导致新媒体接触使用在非正式学习中的效率低下,需要在今后的社区教育中协同各方加以突破。The research group selected Ningbo Qita Community as the objective to carry out investigation in order to knowthe new media use in informal learning and push it forward. The project found that people had started using the new media in informal learning ta）consciously, but many barriers lie before them because of unconsciousness, randomness, fragmantarity. Thereare some problems about the new media choosing, using, channel-optimization, content-integration, etc., and at the same time,these problems lead to low efficient learning, and we should conquer them coordinately in the next phase of community education.
