摘　　要：本文利用多项式矩阵最大右公因式,给出R-循环分块矩阵和对称R-循环分块矩阵非奇异以及线性方程组反问题有唯一解的充要条件,进而得到它们求逆、线性方程组有唯一解、线性方程组在循环分块矩阵中的反问题求唯一解的算法.Abstract This paper, by way of the greatest common right denominator of polynomial matrix, gives sufficient and necessary conditions of nonsingular of R-block circulant matrix and symmetric R-block circulant matrix and the solitary solution of inverse problems of linear equations, then deduces the way to compute inverse, the solitary solution of linear equations and the solitary solution of inverse problems of linear equations in block circulant matrix.
