摘　　要：采用问卷调查法与访谈法,以山西省5所高职院校为研究对象,通过数据分析,从"双师型"教师的数量、年龄层次、职称比例、学历结构、兼职教师等方面研究了山西省高职院校"双师型"教师队伍的现状、存在问题及培养措施和途径。By using the questionnaire method and interview method,and taking five higher vocational colleges as the study objects,and through the data analysis,this paper studies the present state,existing problems and cultivation measures and ways of the team of double-qualified teachers in Shanxi＇ s higher vocational colleges from aspects of double-qualified teachers＇ number,age level,professional titles proportion,educational background structure and part-time teachers,etc.
