摘 要:比较GB5413.19-2010《食品安全国家标准婴幼儿食品和乳品中游离生物素的测定》中微生物法和商品化生物素检测试剂盒法对婴幼儿食品中生物素质量分数测定的差异性,为相关企业和检测机构提供有益参考.两方法均是利用植物乳杆菌(LactobaciLLuspLantarum)对生物素具有敏感性的特点,通过测定菌株的生长变化来反映样品中生物素质量分数.结果表明,国标法测定标准曲线在生物素质量分数为(0.01~0.1)× 10-2 μg/g范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9963),试剂盒法在(0.08~0.72)×10-2 μg/g范围内线性良好(R2=0.9747).以这两种方法对5份婴幼儿食品中生物素质量分数进行检测比较,两者均能有效测定生物素质量分数,国标法检测最大RSD%为2.836,而试剂盒法最大RSD%为9.777,但均不影响最终结果判断.两种方法均适合于婴幼儿食品中生物素的测定,国标法相对于试剂盒法有更好的稳定性,但操作过程较为繁杂;而试剂盒法的检测周期短,适合于大批量检测工作.To compare the GB5413.19-2010((National food safety standard Determination of free biotin in foods for infants and young chil- dern milk and milk products)), microbial method and commercialization of microbial biotin detection kit on infant foods biotin assay differ- ences. Which is a reference for relevant enterprises and testing institutions. Both method is to use Lactobacillus plantarum of biotin have the characteristics of sensitivity, by measuring the growth of the strain change to reflect the biotin content in the samples. The standard curve of GB method has good linear relationship in the range of(0.01-0.1)× 10-2 μg/g (R2=0.9963), the kit method in (0.08-0.72)× 10-2 μg/g good linearity(R2=0.9747). By the two methods to detect biotin content in 5 copies of infant food, both can effectively determine content of biotin, GB method has a maximum R.SD% of 2.836, and the kit method has a maximum R.SD% of 9.777, but did not affect the final result judgment. The two methods are suitable for the determination of biotin in infant food, microorganism method compared with the kit method has better stability, but the process is complicated and the detection reagent kit method;cycle short, suitable for mass detectio
