摘  要:大功率柴油机产生的宽频带振动,双层隔振系统具有良好的高频隔振能力,已在船舶等领域得到了应用。但在中、高速柴油机的内燃机车等领域,国内对于双层隔振系统的应用研究很少。结合国内首次研制的某型内燃动车动力总成系统,对双层隔振系统的隔振性能进行了仿真和实验研究。首先采用理论计算和实验识别结合的方法确定了作用在柴油发电机组上的激振力(矩)特性;然后建立了双层隔振系统多体动力学模型,通过仿真计算,求得了理论力传递率;最后进行了双层隔振系统力传递率测试,获得了双层隔振系统实际力传递率,其力传递率明显低于单层隔振系统。对于双层隔振系统设计和工程应用有一定的参考。For broadband excitation sources of high-power diesel engines, the double-layer vibration isolation system has a good high-frequency vibration isolation performance. It has already been applied to various fields such as shipbuilding. However, application of the above-mentioned system to locomotives with medium or high speed diesel engines has not essentially been studied in China. In this work, based on the DMU powertrain system developed in China, simulation and experimental study of the vibration isolation performance of the system are done. First of all, the characteristics of the exciting force (torque) acting on the diesel generator set are determined through theoretical calculation and experiment identification. Then, a multi-body dynamics model of the double-layer vibration isolation system is built, and the theoretical force transfer rate is obtained through the simulation. Finally, the actual force transfer rate is tested and proved to be significantly lower than the single-layer vibration isolation system. The above work has a guiding significance for the design and engineering application of double-layer vibration isolation systems.
