教育变革与守成悖论消解的路径——基于创新型国家建设视域

摘  要:教育的本质是培养富有创造力的人才,而政治则主要是为寻求社会稳定而注重守成,二者之间存在创新与守成的博弈关系。在政治主导教育的现实境遇下,教育变革受到创新与守成悖论的制约。悖论消解的前提必须是政治赋予教育以一定的空间和自主权,才有机会推动教育的实质性变革。建设创新型国家是实现中华民族伟大复兴的主题,创新型国家的构建需要人才,人才的培养在于教育,实现富有创造力的教育是建设创新型国家的基础和保障。在创新性国家建设视域下,教育变革与守成悖论的消解有了可能,需要变革"工业化教育"为"农业化教育",变革"记忆力教育"为"创造力教育",变革"授受式教育"为"引导式教育",变革"学校育人"为"协同育人"。Essence of education is to cultivate creative talent,and politics seeks social stability and attaches importance to conservation ,Game relationship with innovation and conservation exists between them.In the reality situation that politics leads education ,educational reform is restricted by the paradox of innovation and conservation.To digest the paradox ,the premise must be that politics should give edu-cation a certain space and autonomy ,to give a chance to promote real change in education.Building an innovative country is the subject of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation ,and it needs talent,and training is education.So,creative education is the basis and and guarantee to build an innovative coun-try.From the perspective of building an innovative country,it is possible to digest the paradox of innova-tion and conservation .We should change “industrial education”into “agricultural education”,change“memory education”into “creative education”,change “giving and receiving education”into“conductive education”,change “school education ”into“synergy education”.
