摘　　要：国际商务合同鲜明的行业特征、独特的语体风格以及鲜明的文化差异经常会导致在国际商务合同的写作与互译中产生语用失误,使当事人双方彼此产生误解,影响我国与国际间的外贸往来。从国际商务合同的词汇、文体风格和社交用语方面分析了国际商务合同在写作和翻译中常见的失误。Pragmatic failures in writing and translating international business contracts are oftencaused by the industry＇ s unique features, styles and manners, and distinct cultural differences. Thismay lead to misunderstandings on both sides. This article analyses the common mistakes found inwriting and translating international business contracts from such aspects as vocabulary, style andmanner, and social language.
