经济相对发达民族地区农村职业教育体系建构

摘　　要：经济相对发达民族地区农村具有区位优势明显,产业结构多样,城乡经济一体化,市场意识趋于成熟等经济特征,对职业教育具有较强的支持力和吸纳力。因此,这些地区的职业教育体系应充分考虑人口分布、密度和教育基础,以行政区域建制为依据,构建民族地区经济发达农村职业教育全覆盖的空间结构;依据区域产业结构现状与趋势以及经济发展方式转变的客观要求构建特色型专业结构;适应区域经济对不同人才质量规格的要求构建多层次、多类型的职业教育层级结构。The developed rural minority areas.has marked economic charactensties such as obvious geographical advantag- es, diverse industrial structure, integralive economy of urban and rural and mafure market consciousness. It has strong de- mand and absorptive capacity for vocational education To construct vocational education system, these areas should fully consider the distribution and density of popelation and their edncation foundation; based on administrative division, and try to construct the fully covering spatial structuro ,of vocational edueation; auoording to the regional industrial structure and trend, it should construct characteristic specialty structare and mufti-type edltcation struoture to adapt to regional eco- nomic requirements.
