摘　　要：在英国,多元文化主义和多元文化教育政策对于促进对不同文化的尊重,对于改善少数民族的生存环境和受教育水平做出了很大贡献,但是也存在一定的问题。进入21世纪以来,英国多地发生的骚乱事件,特别是伦敦地铁爆炸案使多元文化主义受到了越来越多的批评和质疑。出于国家安全和增强各民族之间凝聚力的考虑,英国政府开始对多元文化主义进行反思,少数民族教育政策开始转向关注国家认同和共同价值观的教育。In Britain, muhicuhuralism and multicultural education have promoted the respect for culture diversity, and have contributed to the promoting of the living of ethnic minorities and their education level. But there are also some problems exist. Since the 21st century, riots occurred in many regions, especially the London subway bombings, have made multicuhuralism been criticized and questioned more and more broadly. For the sake of national security and enhancing the social cohesion, The British government began to reflect on multicuhuralism, with the education policy for ethnic minorities turning to focus on national identity and shared values in education.
