摘  要:研究了单环刺螠糖胺聚糖的化学组成、官能团及抗氧化和抗凝血活性,结果表明:糖胺聚糖的硫酸根含量均值为30.26%,糖醛酸含量均值为25.25%,氨基糖含量均值为7.58%;糖胺聚糖中含有-OH(3 418 cm-1)、-COO-(1 642 cm-1)、-SO2(1 415 cm-1)、C-O-C(糖环,1 034 cm-1)等特征基团;在0.1 mg/mL^0.5 mg/mL质量浓度范围内,糖胺聚糖对羟基自由基的清除作用较强,清除率在80%以上,清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力较弱;体外试验证实该糖胺聚糖可明显延长大耳白家兔的PT和APTT,对TT的影响较小,可能存在着不同于肝素的抗凝血途径。The chemical composition, functional group, antioxidant and anticoagulant activity of glycosaminoglycan from Urechis unicinctus were studied, the results showed that: the average content of sulfate, uronic acid and amino sugar were 30.26%, 25.25% and 7.58%, respectively; glycosaminoglycan contained characteristic groups such as -OH (3 418 cm-1), -COO-(1 642 cm-1), -SO2(1 415 cm-1) and C-O-C (saccharide ring, 1 034 cm-1) ere; within the range of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL, glycosaminoglycan had a strong scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals, and scavenging rate was above 80%, but had a weak scavenging effect on superoxide anion radical; glycosaminoglycan could obviously extend the PT and AFFF of big ears rabbits, slightly prolonged TT, there may be a anticoagulant way different from the heparin.
