摘　　要：给出了一种在 RTLinux上实现开放式软件型数控系统的软硬件模型 ,该系统的软件是由一开放式 CNC内核和功能模块所组成的 ,给出了这一 CNC内核的组成部分以及各组成部分之间的依赖关系。用户可利用这一内核。开发所需的各种功能 ,构成高性能数控系统。给出了该系统的功能模块 ,明确了各模块之间的关系以及各模块和 CNC内核之间的关系。该系统的硬件是由一台 PC机和 I/O接口卡组成 ,可通过网络与外界通讯。An open modular control system based on RTLinux for virtual axis machine tools is described. The hardware setup and software structure is presented. The machine controller consists of two major elements: a PC and an IN/OUT board (installed inside the PC). The software is composed of a CNC kernel and functional modules. Module scheduler, module communication, virtual module system, file management and network interface form the CNC kernel and the communications between them are given. Functional modules are divided and the communication between the modules is given. The connections between functional module and the CNC kernel are discussed.
