摘 要:研究了金线莲多糖体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性及其对四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响.结果表明:金线莲多糖体外能抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性,半抑制浓度值(IC50)为78.66μg/mL;对小鼠餐后血糖表现出较好的控制作用,血糖抑制率为(53.65±13.65)%;连续给予糖尿病小鼠金线莲多糖(300mg/kgbw)14d后,小鼠血糖值较模型组显著降低(P<0.05).实验结果表明金线莲多糖具有显著的降血糖功效,其作用机制与影响糖代谢酶的活性,抑制糖异生有关.The inhibitory activities of polysaccharides from Anoectochilus roxburghii (PSA) on α-glucosidase in vitro and the effects of PSA on blood glucose in diabetic mice were studied. The results indicated that PSA can inhibit the activity of α-glucosidase in vitro and the half inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 78.66 μg/mL. In addition,PSA inhibited the postprandial blood glucose obviously and the inhibition ratio was(53.65±13.65)%;The administration with PSA (300 mg/kg bw) for 14 days caused a significant decrease (P 〈 0.05) in blood glucose compared with the DM group. The results demonstrated that PSA possessed obvious hypoglycemic effect and its mechanism may relate to its effects on the activity of carbohydrate metabolic enzymes and inhibition of gluconeogenesis.
