摘　　要：学分制是当前高职院校教育改革的大势所趋。在学分制背景下,发挥思想政治理论课(以下简称"思政课")一线教师的优势,对高职院校思政课考核机制进行探索和研究,找出其问题和不足,建构适合学分制管理模式的新型考核机制,提高高职院校思政课教学实效性,推进学分制改革的发展,是当前一项重要的时代课题。At present, the credit system is the general trend of education reform in Higher Vocational Col-leges. On the background of the credit system, it is an urgent major issue in crunch time for us to play the advantages of first-line teachers of ideological and political theory to research the current evaluation mech-anism and find out its defects and shortcomings, so that we can construct a new evaluation mechanism which is appropriate for the management model of Credit System to improve the pertinence and effective-ness of Ideological and political course teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges, promoting the development of reform of credit system in higher vocational colleges.
