德国巴符州职业院校教师进修方式对办好我国高职教育国培班的启示

摘　　要：我国目前正在执行的高职院校教师素质提高计划在培训覆盖面、培训时间、培训内容和培训师资等方面存在着的一定问题。本文在总结和借鉴德国巴符州职业院校教师进修方式特点的基础上,有针对性地提出了解决这些问题的具体方法。There are certain problems in training coverage , training time , training content , and training teachers about current higher vocational teachers’ quality improvement plan in China . This article proposes some specific measures to solve these problems , based on the summary and reference of the mode of vocational teachers training in Baden-Wurttemberg of Germany .
