职业教育体系的调适与完善

摘　　要：目前职业院校的学生来源多元化、素质参差不齐,按照同一标准开展教学困难很大。这就需要我们重新审视职业教育的人才培养目标,按照"技术型人才"、"技能型人才"进行分类教育。职业教育体系在具体运行时,也应做适当地调适与完善,改变目前的职业院校将两类人才混在一起、按同一模式进行教育的状况。At present, it is difficult to carry out teaching with the same teaching standards because of the diversification and uneven students quality in vocational college. This requires us to re-examine the vocational education training target, classifying students into groups of technical talents and skilled talents. Vocational education system needs appropriately adjusting and improving in specific application, changing the current situation of mixing two kinds talents together and educating students according to the same model.
