摘　　要：在《粮食加工与检测技术》课程工学结合的教学改革过程中,探索校企合作途径,综述了大合作经营在黑龙江省由"大粮仓"变成"大厨房"的现代化大农业的道路上所起的作用。In the course of teaching reform of the course ＂Grain processing and testing technology＂, explore the ways of combining learning with working. In this paper, The author sums up the functions of great cooperation in the progress of achieving agruculture industrialization of Heilongjiang province by changing it from the＂big barn＂into＂big kitchen＂.
