摘　　要：普通本科高校转型发展是构建现代职业教育体系的一项重要内容,必须深刻认识地方本科高校转型发展的必要性;同时从学校层面按照地方高校转型发展的内涵,从办学定位、专业设置、人才培养模式以及师资队伍建设等方面进行实质性地转变;从各级政府和教育主管部门层面,则应充分发挥在地方本科高校转型发展中的主导作用。The transformation and development of undergraduate colleges and umversmes is an xmportant content oz construcung the system of modern vocational education, thus the necessity of transformation and development in local undergraduate colleges and universities must be recognized deeply. At the same time, from the school level in accordance with the connotation of transfor- mation and development of local colleges and universities, substantive changes from the school-running orientation, specialty set- ring, talents training mode and teaching staff construction, and so on should be made. From governments at all levels and depart- ments in charge of education, the leading role in the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universi- ties should be given full play.
