摘  要:从实验内容,教师配置,时间安排,课程发展和教学环节等方面阐述了"生命科学导论实验"课的实践和改革历程,并对改革作了展望。指出实验内容应以提高学生对生物学的兴趣为主要原则,应分单元设置专职实验老师,时间以周末为宜。将实验课独立出来更符合学生的兴趣选择。教学环节的改进可使教学充满活力和吸引力,如动员全班学生进行一次科学研究,使实验延伸到课堂外,让实验成果成为一项艺术品等。菜单式教学更符合因材施教的原则。This article expounds the practice and reform of "introduction to life science" experiment from the experiment content, the teacher configuration, the time arrangement, the curriculum development and the teaching link. The reform direction is also prospected. It points out that the experiment content should be to raise the students" interest in biology, and it is the main principle. A full-time teacher should be set up according to the experiment unit. The appropriate time is the weekend. The independence of experimental course is more consistent with the choice of the students. It can make teaching full of vitality and attraction through the improvement of teaching link, such as making a scientific research by mobilizing the whole class of students, extending the experiment outside the classroom, making the experimental results into a work of art. The menu type teaching is more in line with the principle of teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
