摘　　要：益生元是一种新型的功能性食品配料,符合现代人的健康消费观念,可被广泛应用在各种食品中。本文主要叙述了益生元的种类、生理功效和应用现状,并提出了益生元的发展前景。Prebiotics is a new type of ingredients which is used in functional foods, and it is fit in with the healthy consumption attitudes of modern people and can be used in almost any types of foods. The definition and types of prebiotics, physiological function and application status are mainly summarized in this article.
