摘　　要：文章运用SWOT分析框架全面分析地方院校专业学位研究生教育发展的内外环境,找出组织面临的机会、威胁以及组织自身的优势和劣势,在此基础上着重探讨地方院校专业学位研究生教育发展的三种战略:SO全面增长战略、WO质量提升战略和ST特色发展战略。By using SWOT analysis framework,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of development of graduate education for professional degrees in local colleges,identifies the opportunities and threats faced by the organization and its strengths and weaknesses,explores three strategies for the development of graduate education for professional degrees in local colleges：SO comprehensive growth strategy,WO quality enhancing strategy and ST featured developmental strategy.
