摘　　要：实践教学是应用型高校培养应用型人才的重要手段,在此,以食品专业生产实践为例,利用研产销一体化的实践模式,从研究开发、生产运营、市场营销三个方面来丰富和完善实践教学手段,调动学生的学习兴趣和热情,改善实践教学效果,为多元化的就业模式积累经验。Practice teaching is an important way for colleges to train applied talents, taking food major production practice as an example, using the research, production and marketing integration mode of practice, from research and development, production and operation, and marketing three aspects it enriches and perfects the practice teaching means, mobilizes students＇ learning interest and enthusiasm, improves the practice teaching effect and accumulates experience for the diversity employment pattern.
