摘　　要：社会的工具价值需要,是地方医学院校发展的现实动力;社会的精神价值需要,是其发展的人文动力。铸就地方医学院校"百年老字号",一要打造融真与善于一体的医学精英,二要理顺教学与科研的关系。衡量建设成效的标准是培养出来的医学生应是技术性与人文性皆佳的融合体。The tool of social value is real power in the development of local medical colleges and universities. The spirit of the social value is the cultural power. The development strategies：firstly,we have to build medical elite in true and good as a whole. Secondly, we must straighten out the relationship between teaching and research. The standard is that the trained medical students are fusion of technical and humanities.
