摘 要:目的:采用崂山绿茶冲泡液结合海水暂养脱除蛤蜊体内的镉。方法:将蛤蜊分为对照、A、B、C 4组,在4L海水中分别加入0,100,150,200 mL绿茶冲泡液暂养,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定镉含量。结果:3组暂养的蛤蜊在0~20 d内,蛤蜊各部位的镉含量都明显下降;在25~30 d内,镉含量呈上升的趋势。其中鳃和内脏团镉含量下降最明显,20 d时达到最低值;斧足、外套膜、闭壳肌在25 d时达到最低值。相同暂养时间,C组镉含量最低,B组其次。结论:崂山绿茶冲泡液结合海水暂养能够有效脱除蛤蜊体内的镉,暂养时以加入100~150 mL崂山绿茶冲泡液为宜,暂养时间20~25 d。Removing cadmium from clams during rearing by Laoshan green tea brewed liquid was investigated. Method: clams were divided into 4 groups (control group, A, B and C) and reared in 4L seawater which was added 0, 100, 150 and 200mL green tea brewed liquid respectively. The cadmium contents were measured by ICP-OES. Results: the cadmium contents of all parts decreased obviously during 0-20 d while increased during 25-30 d. The most obvious downward trend of cadmium were the gills and visceral mass and their cadmium contents reached a minimum value at 20 d while ax foot, mantle and adductor at 25 d. At same rearing time, cadmium content of group-C was the lowest, group-B followed. Conclusions: it is an effective method to remove cadmium by rearing clams with green tea brewed liq- uid in seawater, and adding 100-150 mL green tea brewed liquid to seawater was more appropriate for clams, rearing time for 20 to 25 days.
