摘  要:本文从高等职业教育的特殊规律和高等职业院校教师特点入手,以北京部分高职院校的调查数据为基础,探索高职教师激励机制建设的基本对策。通过对北京部分高职院校教师成长的现状进行分析,并借鉴马斯洛的人的需要层次理论,提出关于"双师型"教师的激励措施建议,试图促进对这一问题的探索和实践。This article focus on special rules of higher vocational education and characteristics of teachers working for higher vocational colleges. Based on the survey of several higher vocational colleges in Beijing, this article explores basic measures to construct the incentive mechanism for higher vocational college teachers. By analyzing the current situation of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and seeking support from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory, the article put forward suggestions on incentive mechanism for dual-qualification teachers, and tries to further promote the practice of this issue.
