摘　　要：两种语言之间并非所有的词都能对等翻译,但意思却能通过准确理解并用另一种语言表达出来。而要表达得通顺易懂,就要注意表达或者转换的技巧。基于翻译实践的反思,通过大量的例句解析,可以看出翻译理论和技巧的运用,不仅有助于淡化翻译腔,而且可以较好地增强目标语的表达力。There is no definite equivalence between two languages , but the meaning can be expressed in anoth-er language .Translation techniques play a quite crucial role in the transformation and help a better understanding . Based on the reflections of translation practice and interpretation of the application of translation theory and prac -tice, it can be seen that those techniques strengthened the expressive power of target language .
