云媒体下教师信息技术培训平台和应用模式研究

摘　　要：教师信息技术能力培训是教师专业发展的重要内容,随着网络和新媒体技术等新兴技术的发展,教师培训对大量优质教育资源和实时互动交流等服务的需求越来越突出,对教师培训模式的创新也非常迫切。依托广东省教育厅"粤教云"项目的平台和资源支撑,提出利用云媒体促进"培研用"一体化教师的培训新模式,不仅为教师教研和培训提供优质资源和互动交流的服务,在教师日常的教学实践应用中也发挥了重要作用。Teachers＇ IT capabilities training is an important part of teachers＇ professional development. With the development of networks, new media technology and other emerging technologies, there is a prominent demand for a large number of high-quality educational resources and services in the process of teacher training, such as real-time interaction service. The innovative training model is also very urgent for teachers. This paper proposes a ubiquitous training model, called integration of ＇training, research and application＇, relying on the on the platform and resources of Guangdong Education Cloud. It not only provides high-quality resources and interactive communication services for teachers＇ training and research, but also plays an important role in application of teachers＇ everyday teaching practice.
