摘　　要：研究者对贵州省456所幼儿园的基本情况进行了问卷调查,发现其在师资及相关人员配备、基础设施、教学与服务等方面存在一些问题.研究者根据新制度主义理论,对贵州省的学前教育发展提出相关建议.Based on the investigation of 456 kindergartens in Guizhou Province, this paper discloses the status quo and problems in teachers＇ quality, staffing, facilities and equipment, teaching and service. Applying the new institutionalism theory, the authors put forward some suggestions for the development of preschool education in Guizhou Province.
