摘　　要：幼儿园教师专业伦理是幼儿园教师为更好地履行保教职责、维护专业声誉而必须遵守的行为规范,是支持、指导幼儿园教师在保教活动中采取最有利于幼儿发展行为的准则.建构幼儿园教师的专业伦理有利于规约幼儿园教师的保教行为,提高幼儿园教师的专业化水平.幼儿园教师专业伦理的制定,应遵循自下而上的制定程序;应以培养幼儿园教师内在的自觉自律精神为宗旨;应以“底线伦理”的划定为主要任务;应强调实证研究方法;应重视专业伦理的可操作性.Kindergarten teachers＇ professional ethics are the conduct codes that kindergarten teachers must follow to better carry out their responsibilities and maintain professional reputation, and are the principles to guide teachers to adopt the best teaching which benefit children most. The construction of kindergarten teachers＇ professional ethics helps to regulate teachers＇ teaching behavior and improve teachers＇ professionalism. Some suggestions are provided for the formulation of kindergarten teachers＇ professional ethics.
