民族院校硕士研究生学习生活现状调查与问题分析——以S民族大学为个案

摘　　要：民族院校硕士研究生培养存在课程设置不合理、教学方式缺乏灵活性、导师对研究生有效指导欠缺、学习条件偏差等问题。民族院校应加强培养模式改革,适应当前高等教育发展的态势;优化课程结构和教学计划,加强科研创新支持,完善各种评价机制;充分发挥导师在研究生培养过程中的重要作用;改善学生学习、科研、实验条件。In postgraduate education, ethnic universities face problems such as improper curriculum, inflexible teaching method, insufficient guidance of supervisors and poor learning conditions. They should reform training mode to keep up with the development of higher education; optimize course structure and teaching plan, support research and innovation and improve evaluation mechanism; give full play to supervisors in cultivating postgraduates; and improve learning, research and experiment conditions for students.
