摘　　要：高职院校商务英语专业实践教学效果囿于主观及客观原因未能得到实质性提高。高职院校除了要加大对商务英语专业建设的投入外,更重要的是采取积极有效的措施促进商务英语专业教师实践教学能力的提升,与此同时,商务英语专业教师要从培养学生的职业能力出发,充分利用教师工作站等渠道切切实实提升自身的实践教学能力。The practical teaching effect of business English in vocational colleges fails to get substantial improvement due to subjective and objective reasons. In addition to increasing investment in the major construction of Business English,the vocational colleges should take active and effective measures to promote the business English teachers’ practical teaching competence. In the meantime,the business English teachers should make full use of the teachers’ workstation and other channels to really improve the practical teaching effect being based on the cultivation of students’occupation ability.
