摘 要:以大豆豆渣为原料,研究超声波法对大豆豆渣中大豆皂苷提取的影响.采用单因素试验和正交试验进行研究.结果表明:当料液比为1 12,丙酮浓度为50%,超声时间为35 min,超声温度50℃,超声功率为400W,大豆皂苷的得率达5.32%,为最佳工艺条件.与索氏提取法相比,超声波提取法可提高大豆皂苷得率,节能省时.For the extraction of soybean saponin Through single factor extracting test and orthogonal from soybean residue by the ultrasonic wave extraction. experiments theoptimum working condition was found. The results of experiment indicated the optimum conditions of ultrasonic wave extracting isoflavoneas follows : solidliquid ratio is 1 : 12, acetone solution concentration is 50%, ultrasonic wave treating time is 35min, ultrasonic wave temperature is 50 ℃, ultrasonic wave power is 400W, and the yield is 5.32%. Compared with Soxhlet extraction, the ultrasonic wave extraction can increase the yield of soybean saponin and save emerge and time.
