从优秀课程建设精品资源共享课程角度看“公司运营实务”课程的深化改革  

On Deepening the Reform of "Company Operating Practice" Course Based on the Transformation from Excellent Course to Exquisite Resources Sharing Course

摘　　要：精品资源共享课程建设是我院根据教育部《关于启动高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程精品课程建设工作的通知》精神,在原有优秀课程建设的基础之上推进新一轮的教学改革工作。本文以"公司运营实务"精品资源共享课程为切入点,从"继承、转型和提升"三个方面探讨精品资源共享课程与原有的优秀课程的关系。通过教育理念和教育服务意识的转变,依托信息技术水平的提高,实现因材施教、因人施教、因需施教的教育目标。The construction of exquisite resources sharing course is a new round of teaching reform implemented by our college based on the previous excellent course construction according to the spirit of＂Notice on Starting Exquisite Course Construction as the Teaching Quality and Reform Project at Colleges and Univer-sities＂ announced by Ministry of Education. With the exquisite resources sharing course ＂Company Operating Practice＂ as the breakthrough point, this paper explored the relationship between exquisite resources sharing course and previous excellent course from such three aspects as＂inheritance, transformation and im-provement＂. Through the transformation of educational philoso-phy and education service consciousness, relying on the im-provement of information technology, the goal of teaching stu-dents in accordance with their aptitude, with different students and with different needs was achieved.
