教育信息化视域下农村中小学教师信息化教学能力提升策略探究

摘　　要：信息化教学能力是信息社会背景下教师专业发展的重要组成部分。在调查四川省农村乡镇中小学教师信息化教学能力的现状和分析其影响因素的基础上,提出从加强农村中小学教师信息化教学能力发展的外部支持、优化农村中小学教师信息化教学能力发展的途径和促进农村中小学教师信息化教学能力发展的内部动力三方面来提升农村中小学教师信息化教学能力的策略。Teachers＇ informatization teaching ability is one of the important parts of teachers＇ professional development under current information society. Based on the survey of the current situation of the informatization teaching ability of teachers in rural middle and primary schools in Sichuan Province, this paper put forward strategies of developing informatization teaching ability from three aspects： reinforcing the outer support from the government and the schools; improving training methods; enhancing the inner force of individual teachers.
