摘  要:文章探索了民办高校应用型人才培养的课程建设特点与路径,并以专业课程标准为主要内容进行了课程改革与实践研究,提出了民办高校应用型人才培养,必须遵循"能力为先,适用为本"的基本理念。为实现应用型人才培养的目标导向,建议"以细化与规范专业课程知识点、凸显学生专业能力培养的课程标准,替代传统的教学大纲"为民办高校课程建设的突破点。课程建设的具体路径是:以课程标准替代教学大纲为目标内容,"以讲练结合、能力为先"的课程讲授模式替代传统的"知识灌输"与"单向授课"为重要形式,最终实现"全人教育、适合教育、实用教育、有效教育"理念引导下的应用型人才培养目标。The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics and the approach towards the construction of application-oriented talent training program of non-governmental universities. Curriculum reform and practice based on professional curriculum standards are discussed herein. The paper proposes, after research, that training program of application-oriented talents in non-governmental universities ought to follow the fundamental principle "practical ability first, applicability foremost" It is suggested that traditional syllabus be replaced with curriculum standards containing detailed, standardized knowledge points for major courses and focusing on the training of students' professional ability. The concrete approach to such curriculum construction is as follows: guided by the objective of training application-oriented talents, we should focus on the application of professional curriculum standards, taking it as target contents ; we should also replace traditional cramming teaching method and one-way instruction with the teaching model "combining instruction and practice, giving priority to practical ability". In this way, the objective for training application-oriented talents, directed by the idea "holistic education, suitable education, pragmatic education and effective education" will eventually be realized.
