摘 要:人际冲突在教师培训中时有发生,按不同的标准可以将其分成不同的类型。按冲突范围可分为个体冲突、组际冲突和师生冲突;按冲突的内容可分为角色冲突、兴趣冲突和过程冲突。人际冲突主要是由角色认知偏差、培训需求差异、学员关系危机、领导方式偏差和培训方法不当等原因所致。对人际冲突要从全过程、全要素、全对象三维的视角进行管理,要把握冲突产生的根源以及冲突发展的阶段,通过互动式的教学干预解决人际冲突。Interpersonal conflicts, which frequently occur in teacher training, can be classified into different categories according to different criteria. Based on conflict scope, they can be divided into interpersonal conflict, inter-group conflict and trainer-trainee conflict. Based on conflict content, they can be divided into role conflict, interest conflict and process conflict. What cause the conflicts are mainly deviation in understanding roles, differences in training needs, crises in trainee relationship, trainers' improper management and inappropriate training techniques. Interpersonal conflicts should be managed from three dimensions, namely, the whole process, all factors and all people involved, and handled by fully understanding the causes and developmental stages of the conflicts and employing interactive teaching approaches.
