摘  要:姜具有丰富的营养价值和药用保健功效,也是重要的调味料,具有很大的开发前景。应用二极管阵列高效液相色谱法对姜中黄酮类物质进行了分析,色谱条件为:以HYPERSIR C18BDS为固定相,流动相A甲醇,流动相B 0.1%甲酸水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速0.8m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长270nm和370nm。在0-125mg/L范围内八种黄酮类物质在线性范围内均具有良好的线性关系。结果表明,DAO-HPLC法简便,灵敏,重现性好,可有效的用于姜及姜制品中黄酮类物质含量的测定。Ginger is rich in nutritional value and medicinal health benefits,is also the important spice,had great development prospects. High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector(HPLC-DAD) was employed to establish the detection method of flavonoids in ginger. Chromatographic conditions were as follows :as the stationary phase HYPERSIR C18 BDS,mobile phase A methanol,mobile phase B 0.1% formic acid in water as the mobile phase,using gradient elution,flow rate 0.8m L/min at 30℃,detection wavelength of270 nm and 370 nm. In the 0-125mg/L range eight flavonoids had good linear relationship within the linear range.The method was simple,sensitive,reproducibility and could be effectively used for the determination of the content of flavonoids concentrated ginger samples.
